Prof. Bejon Kumar Misra
Prof. Bejon Kumar Misra is an internationally recognized consumer policy expert with over 40 years of experience in consumer protection and awareness. An advocate for quality and safety, Prof. Misra has been an active contributor to the Quality Council of India (QCI) since 1996, representing consumer interests and championing quality across various platforms. He has led numerous international delegations and negotiations, and serves on several government expert groups and key committees, driving initiatives for better healthcare and patient safety.

With over 25 years of leadership in hospital operations, Dr. Santosh Shetty, Executive Director & CEO at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital (KDAH), has been pivotal in shaping the success of #KDAH Mumbai. From project planning to commissioning, Dr. Shetty's visionary leadership has positioned hashtag#KDAH as the top hospital in Western India for 8 consecutive years. With over 34 years of experience, including leadership roles at #HindustanUnilever, #MonsantoIndia, and #Ranbaxy, Dr. Om has successfully driven innovations in diagnostics that prioritize accuracy, reliability, and patient well-being.
An IIM Ahmedabad and #HarvardBusinessSchool alumnus, Dr. Om’s commitment to healthcare excellence earned him the ""EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2019"" award and #FICCI’s ""Healthcare Personality of the Year 2020"" honor.
Mr. Atul Garg
Mr. Atul Garg has had a distinguished career in fire safety, starting in 1988. He served in the @CISFHQrs from 1991 to 2002, managing fire safety systems for critical industrial facilities. He joined the @DelFireService in 2002, rising through the ranks to become its Director in 2019. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in enhancing fire safety operations in Delhi and has received several honors, including the Director General's Disc, the Fire Service Medal for Meritorious Service, and the President's Fire Service Medal for Distinguished Service. He also serves as the Country Director for the International Federation of Fire Chiefs of Asia.
Mr. Rajiv Vasudevan
Mr. Rajiv Vasudevan is the Founder and Managing Director of Apollo AyurVAID Hospitals, a chain of insurance-approved Ayurveda hospitals and integrative care centers across multiple Indian cities. Under his leadership, Apollo AyurVAID has achieved notable milestones, including being the first Ayurveda sector recipient of the Quality Council of India(QCI)-DL Shah National Quality Award and the first NABH-accredited Ayurveda hospital in India. The organization is recognized for its high-quality, precision Ayurveda care and innovative integrative care models in partnership with leading quaternary care hospitals. Mr. Rajiv, an Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta alumnus with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Calicut, was the first Ayurveda sector assessor for NABH Hospital Standards and contributed to the development of NABH Accreditation Standards for Ayurveda.
Dr. Anurag Agrawal
Dr. Anurag Agrawal is the Dean of BioSciences and Health Research at @AshokaUniv's @TSB_Ashoka Trivedi School of Biosciences, and former director of the Institute of genomics and integrative biology (@CSIR_IND ), India. With medical training from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences @aiims_newdelhi and Baylor College of Medicine @BCMFromtheLabs , combined with a PhD in Physiology from Delhi University, his research focuses on respiratory biology and the intersection of emerging technologies with healthcare. He has chaired significant global advisory groups, including the World Health Organization technical advisory group for SARS-CoV-2 viral evolution, and serves on various pandemic preparedness and digital health commissions. His accolades include the Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar Prize and the Sun Pharma Foundation award, and he is a fellow of prominent Indian scientific and medical academies.
Dr. Lallu Joseph
Dr. Lallu Joseph is the Quality Manager and Associate GS at Christian Medical College, Vellore, the largest NABH-accredited hospital in India. With a background in mechanical engineering and advanced business qualifications, she transitioned from a VP in software and teaching assistant at Rotman School of Management to a leader in healthcare quality. An ISQua Expert, she serves as the principal assessor for NABH and National Secretary General of CAHO, India. Dr. Joseph has contributed to NABH standards, led World Bank-funded QMS projects, and developed notable quality training programs. Recognized with several awards, including the Young Quality Achiever Award and the International Medal by the Australian Council, she is also a board member of ASQua and involved in ISO TC 304 standards.
Dr. Upasana Arora
Dr. Upasana Arora is a prominent medical professional serving as the Managing Director of Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals, Kaushambi in Ghaziabad. She holds several influential positions, including Vice-Chairman of the hashtag#CII UP Chapter, Member of the National Health Authority (NHA), and Brand Ambassador for National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare (NABH). Her roles extend to national and international committees, such as National Chairperson of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce hashtag#NIC Committee on Healthcare and Co-Chairperson of hashtag#FICCI's Medical Tourism Committee. Dr. Arora is also actively involved in Special Olympics Bharat and serves on various boards and committees related to healthcare and accreditation, reflecting her extensive expertise and leadership in the field.
Dr. Sandip Shah
Dr. Sandip Shah is an esteemed medical professional with 33 years of experience. He serves as the Executive Director of Neuberg Diagnostics, Lab Director and Head of NEUBERG SUPRATECH REFERENCE LABORATORIES, and Hon. Director of the Institute of Kidney Disease (Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Center). Additionally, he is a Consultant Pathologist, Molecular Biologist, and Transplant Immunologist. Dr. Shah oversees more than 35 laboratories across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. His career includes roles as a CAP Inspector, visiting faculty at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a former consultant at Scientific Diagnostic Center. He has received notable awards such as the Luminares Award by DivyaBhaskarPurti BhaskarGroup, the White Coat Wizard Medical Pioneers Award by The Times Of India and Best diagnostic chain of Western India by The Economic Times.
Mr. Kiran Anandampillai
Mr. Kiran Anandampillai is an Advisor with the National Health Authority (NHA), focusing on India's digital health initiatives, including Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and Ayushman Bharat PMJAY. A telecom engineer by training and a founding member of OnMobile Global Limited, Mr. Kiran has a track record of impactful volunteer work with Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), ProductNation/iSPIRT, and various government committees. His contributions span defining digital health infrastructure, co-authoring policy papers, and supporting key projects like the Health Claims Exchange and eShram portal. As the founder and CEO of iDrishti, he also drives high-quality eyecare across Karnataka.
Mrs. Gracy Mathai
Mrs. Gracy Mathai, CEO of Baby Memorial Hospital in Calicut, Kerala, is a nursing graduate with an MHA from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, MHRDM from Mumbai University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Her extensive experience includes roles as Group Quality Consultant and COO at Aster DM Healthcare, Nursing Director at Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre (Official) , and Accreditation Coordinator for NABH/JCI. She is a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma and Lead Auditor for ISO standards. Actively involved with NABH, she has assessed over 150 hospitals and currently serves as Co-Chair of the NABH Accreditation Committee and Chair of CAHO- Consortium of Accredited Health care Organisation Kerala State. She received the FICCI Award 2023 for Excellence in Healthcare Leadership.
Dr. B. Bhaskar Rao
Dr. B. Bhaskar Rao, Chairman & Managing Director of KIMS Hospitals, is a renowned cardiothoracic surgeon with over 30,000 surgeries performed. He founded KIMS Hospital in 2004, which now includes 13 branches with over 4000 beds and plans to expand further. Dr. Rao played a crucial role in developing the Arogya Sri Scheme, providing universal healthcare to marginalized communities. He supports Great Eastern Medical School & Hospital and actively promotes education and skill development. Known for his philanthropic efforts and commitment to affordable healthcare, Dr. Rao embodies the principle of "OTHERS FIRST – SELF NEXT" in his work and leadership.
Mr. Raghu Dharmaraju
Mr. Raghu Dharmaraju, CEO of ARTPARK, is a key figure in the “AI for social good” movement, driving the development and scaling of AI-based solutions across health, climate, and agriculture. Under his leadership, ARTPARK has won multiple accolades, including the Global Grand Challenge on Equitable AI and Grand Challenges India. The organization has integrated dengue outbreak predictions into Karnataka’s health systems, launched Midas Research and Development Centre India Pvt. Ltd. with Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) for quality health data, and manages a major open-source natural speech data initiative. As a founding leader of Wadhwani AI, Raghu developed impactful projects such as AI for newborn care, pest detection, Covid response, and tuberculosis, and scaled Embrace infant warmers globally. He is a Fellow of the Lancet Commission for Reimagining India’s Health System: A Lancet Citizens’ Commission and an alumnus of Cornell University, University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
