Digital Health Standards for Clinic Management System(CMS)

This 2-years validity certification is tailored for Clinic Management System (CMS) solution providers. It evaluates software products on their ability to support safe, secure, and interoperable healthcare delivery. The certification provides a quality benchmark for solution providers, encourages regulatory compliance, and fosters trust among healthcare providers and patients. It also plays a critical role in enabling digital health transformation in alignment with national frameworks like ABDM and DPDP

Any CMS product with a minimum of ten (10) deployments in operational clinics in India along with a valid ABDM M3 compliance certificate is eligible to apply for certification.

Applicable for 2 maturity levels (Basic and Advanced).
Certification validity: 2 years.

Notes
Certification Fees: Payable to NABH at the time of application. Non-refundable if the software does not achieve the desired certification.
Testing Charges: Certification fees exclude testing charges. Vendors must pay testing charges directly to NABH Empaneled Software Testing Agencies (NESTAs) for conducting software testing.
Taxes: Applicable GST/other taxes are not included in the above fees.

NABH organises regular workshops for CMS providers and NABH-empanelled software testing agencies. Details and announcements are posted on the NABH website.
