Programme on Implementation of NABH 2nd Edition Standard for Medical Imaging Services
The Programme on Implementation (POI) is a flagship training initiative by NABH aimed at enabling standalone imaging centres and radiology departments within hospitals to effectively implement the latest NABH 2nd Edition Standards. Over a span of two days, the training covers all chapters of the standards, with detailed discussions on quality protocols, documentation requirements, and practical strategies to meet compliance. This programme is designed not only to prepare organisations for accreditation but also to embed a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety within the healthcare delivery system
The primary objective of this training is to develop a cadre of Internal Counsellors within HCOs who can guide their institutions through the implementation, documentation, and compliance processes of the NABH 2nd Edition Standards. By the end of the programme, participants will have:

- Insights into real-world application of quality protocols
- Skills to identify gaps and initiate quality improvement
