NABH Digital Health Standards Training for Doctors

Register

As hospitals increasingly adopt Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to deliver care, doctors are the professionals who use these systems every single day — for patient registration, clinical documentation, medication orders, discharge planning, and much more. This training programme on NABH Digital Health Standards for Doctors is designed to build practical, role-specific understanding of how digital systems should support safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.

The programme walks participants through the key chapters of the NABH Digital Health Standards — Access, Assessment & Continuity of Care; Care of Patients; Management of Medication; Human Resource Management; Information Management; and Digital Access Controls — using real clinical scenarios doctors and nurses encounter daily. Participants will learn how digital registration, e-orders, clinical decision support, medication safety alerts, and secure access controls come together to protect patients, support compliant documentation, and strengthen the overall quality of care delivered through digital systems
