The Digital Health Toolkit is a structured, hands-on training programme designed to support healthcare organizations in their digital transformation journey.

As adoption of HIS/EMR systems increases, the programme provides practical guidance on planning, implementation, optimization, and governance, ensuring that digital systems are standardized, sustainable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

The training combines frameworks, templates, and real-world approaches to help participants translate digital strategies into actionable implementation plans.
