NABH Build. Comply. Sustain – The SHCO Digital Health Programme

Register

Small and mid-size healthcare organisations (SHCOs) form the backbone of India’s healthcare delivery, yet they face unique challenges when adopting digital systems β€” limited budgets, lean teams, varied digital skill levels and cautious, owner-led decision-making. β€œBuild. Comply. Sustain. β€” The SHCO Digital Health Programme,” an intensive four-in-one programme offered under Gunvatta Pathshala, is designed specifically for SHCOs that want to move from digital awareness to practical, structured action, and to prepare confidently for NABH Digital Health Standards (DHS) certification.

Across four connected modules, participants will understand the digital-transformation needs of SHCOs, build a phased digital roadmap and maturity plan, plan infrastructure and HIS/EMR implementation (including ABDM and NHCX readiness), and demystify DHS compliance, its sustenance and data-privacy obligations under the DPDP Act, 2023 β€” all through real-life hospital examples and ready-to-use templates

  • To help SHCOs understand why and how to approach digital transformation within their operational and financial realities.
  • To equip participants to build a practical, phased digital roadmap and assess digital maturity against the NABH Digital Health Standards.
  • To guide infrastructure planning, HIS/EMR selection and phased implementation, including ABDM and NHCX readiness.
  • To demystify DHS compliance, the assessment process, and strategies to sustain compliance after certification.
  • To build awareness of data privacy, the DPDP Act, 2023, and digital-trust practices relevant to SHCOs.

  • Module 3 β€” Digital Infrastructure Planning & HIS/EMR Implementation Framework: infrastructure planning, HIS vs EMR, vendor selection, ABDM/NHCX compliance, and phased implementation, data migration and adoption.
  • Module 4 β€” Demystify DHS Compliance & Sustenance: the DHS assessment process, internal readiness checks, sustaining compliance post-certification, and data privacy & digital trust (DPDP Act, 2023).
